Your duties:
- You will be a key player in HRForecast´s business development team to drive SaaS sales into new accounts
- You will research prospective clients and proactively schedule and generate new business opportunities for the company
- You will organize, manage and develop leads and opportunities through direct client contact
- You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- You will use Hubspot to manage leads and sales activities
Your profile:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
- Previous sales experience and/or HR experiences is a plus
- Outgoing and friendly with excellent relationship building skills
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
- Self-motivated and highly organized, able to work without constant supervision
- Not afraid of customer contact (both by e-mail and telephone)
