Finance manager (M/F/D)

As a Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will make a massive contribution to the success of our company: You create the financial transparency we need to successfully manage the company. In this way, you will ensure to a large extent that profitability increases and that your colleagues have a good working environment. – In your role, you will cover an incredible number of different activities in a very short time and become an indispensable part of the management team, strongly involved in all areas.

• Responsibility for the Accounting, Controlling & Office Management departments
• Further development of controlling, in particular the development of professional reports (e.g. forecasts, contribution margins, foreign exchange)
• You are responsible for and optimize the entire payment transactions, the dunning process and payroll accounting and auditing
• You are responsible for the monthly accounting. You collect all relevant documents, assign them to accounts, transfer everything to our xtern tax office and ensure a complete and correct result in exchange with our tax consultant
• You create and control the short- to long-term financial planning, together with the management. In doing so, you independently provide regular management reporting as well as ad-hoc analyses
• Exciting projects, such as the optimization of core processes (e.g. invoice verification), digitalization (in all processes) as well as cost reduction (e.g. contract optimization)
• Further development of the division: you work directly with the management and are involved in strategic topics as a member of the management team. We are open to your recommendations on how we can strengthen our position in your areas

Qualifications:

• You have a relevant education or university degree or work experience in accounting
• You combine an analytical mindset with a strong hands-on attitude
• You have experience in using bookkeeping, accounting, and invoice management software
• Ideally you have experience with DATEV DUO
• Ideally you already have experience in a SaaS company
• Strong business acumen, solving complex problems from start to finish
• Comfort analyzing large amounts of data
