As a Data Analyst in the field of Human Resources, your main tasks are data management, including extraction, processing, validation, and classification.
Your duties:
- Work in our data engineering team, help us to develop the data libraries for our smart applications
Help us to create structured and efficient data libraries for the HR management sphere
Have the opportunity to create the algorithms for cleaning and structuring the data
Your profile:
- Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
- Data engineering, Economics, Statistics, Human resource management, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in manipulating large data sets in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and independent
- Self-organized
- Structural
- With analytical mindset
- Energetic
- Ready for work

- Ready for brainstorming and investigating the issues
With a curiosity for an analyzed information
Understanding the basic principles of databases
Fluent Excel
Fluent English
Chinese native language will be a plus
