Your duties:
Strategy creation & implementation
- Establishment of marketing strategies based on data analysis and forecasts (e.g. ownership of inbound lead generation processes, development of communication strategy, creation & implementation of campaigns, etc.)
- Branding & positioning
- Competitor monitoring & analysis
- Analysis of the marketing channel performance and its optimization
- Marketing budgeting & reporting
Team management and coordination:
- Daily coordination of the marketing team incl. planning of the tasks for the week, control of the progress, reviews, approvals and similar
- Regular feedback talks with the team members
- Coordination of external agencies and suppliers
Cooperation with other stakeholders:
- Regular exchange with other teams regarding the strategy, processes, and needed improvements
- Manage and optimize processes and assets to enable the sales team (e.g. control the set up of sales materials, support by formulating of marketing key messages)
- Co-working with lead generation team: coordinating the email chain creation, optimization of the inbound lead generation processes
- Regular exchange with the CSM team to understand the current important topics and pain points of the existing clients and translating them into new content
- Regular exchange with Product Development team to be updated about our new features and communicate them accordingly e.g. on the website
- Exchange with Management to track the progress (e.g. our targets, number & quality of leads, number of clients, revenue, etc.)
Events & webinar planning
- Support the CSM and Sales team by planning of the events and webinars (communication with the hosts, assets preparation, communication about the events)
Your profile:
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar job role or at least 5 years experience in B2B Marketing (ideally, in HR Tech or SaaS company)
- Proven track record of success in building and managing remote teams
- Very good knowledge of inbound marketing
- Very good knowledge of marketing automation tools (especially HubSpot)
- Knowledge of online marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hotjar, WordPress, Hubspot)
- Experience in digital marketing (Website optimization, Google Analytics, SEO, Paid, Social Media Marketing, Email-Marketing)
- Experience in media relations and PR
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
