Your duties:
- Writing in German: clear, compelling copy for various mediums: company website, ads, blog posts, newsletters, guest posts, media, videos, company/product descriptions for different purposes
- Translate English -> German and proofread: blogs website copy, newsletters, marketing collaterals, social media posts, and other content items to ensure error-free and top-quality content
- Use SEO guidelines regarding keyword research to increase web traffic
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate the content
- Research industry-related topics
Your profile:
- Excellent German language skills at a native level, English: upper-intermediate/advanced
- Understanding of technology (preferably HR tech) domain and audience
- High self-organization and ability to fulfill the commitments
- Experience in writing long-form content
- Experience in writing for B2B
- Ability to work independently, do research, fact-checking, and put some heart in every content piece 🙂
- Understanding of the best practices for formatting articles for the web
- Working with WordPress (upload blogs and other content items)
- Being an avid researcher
- Being an assiduous self-learner and having a proactive attitude
