CCOs are responsible for every part of a company’s customer relationship and for making HRForecast the first choice for prospects in our target markets. The CCO builds, develops, coaches, and manages the ‘customer life-cycle organization and all its members (marketing, sales development, consulting & customer success). We are looking for candidates who are self-starters, have high integrity, thrive in dynamic environments, and have a true passion for the products that distinguish us.
Your duties:
- Manage a global team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and own accountability for improving the individual customer experience and strategy
- Develop and be accountable for executing the go-to-market strategy incl. the positioning of HRForecast (vs. its competitors, within partner environment, etc.)
- Own, refine, and drive the overall development of all processes, playbooks, activities, tools, and metrics across the value chain
- Work with the management board toward common goals that are aligned with the broader organizational objectives
- Own the global revenue and customer success targets (incl. RCCM analysis & tracking)
- Be the ultimate owner of the pricing strategy, pipeline & revenue forecasts as well as the existing customer base
- Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation & belonging
Main interfaces with other functions:
- Define job profiles & steer recruiting with the support of the HR function
- Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development cycles
- Close collaboration with finance, HR, and the management board to oversee and prioritize budgets and investments
- Be an integral part of the management team, overseeing and being accountable for all prospects and customers and co-creating and adjusting business models
Your profile:
Experience/hard skills:
- Experience in managing and scaling high-performing teams, ideally in an enterprise HR SaaS company (relevant areas: marketing teams and/or sales teams and/or consulting teams and/or delivery teams)
- Proven track record of successfully selling to and/or working with large, complex accounts (e.g. DAX companies)
- Good understanding of people analytics (e.g. human resources management & strategy, skill management, strategic workforce planning, etc.)
- Strong understanding of best practices in the area of sales development, sales processes, and pipeline building
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong Presentation (ppt) skills
