Our story

HRForecast was founded in 2014 by Florian Fleischmann and Christian Vetter. The idea of HRForecast was born long before when two to-be-founders were working together. Once they heard about the release of 2,000 employees at their company. This news made them think of creating a sustainable HR management tool when nobody is left behind. Today our customers can benefit from intelligently connected data and gain an individual, strategic competitive advantage
from it.
